We Are Publishers Before We Are an Agency

I started blogging in 2012, from Ahmedabad. In 2014 I registered DailySMSCollection. Later came MacsWire, then Biographyly.

Our own sites have served over 100 million page views, and still bring hundreds of thousands of visits every month from the United States alone.

Here is how it works.

We build a site. We rank it. We watch which topics earn. When something starts performing, we do not assume it will work everywhere. We register dedicated domains and run the same approach again, on separate properties, with our own money on the line.

Build. Rank. Measure. Repeat. That loop has been running for over a decade.

That decade is also how we know which sites are real and which are junk. We tested them with our own money, not a client budget.

So when we tell you a tactic is risky, it is because we have already paid for that lesson. When we say a keyword will take six months, it is because we have watched it take six months on a site we owned.

To be precise about what this is not: these are our own content properties, earning from their own traffic. They are not a link network, and we do not link them to client sites. That is the same white-hat line we have held since 2012.

Today RankDrive is a 50-person team. SEO, PPC, social media, content, design, and developers across every stack we work in. I still look at the accounts myself.

The team practises on sites we own. That is where new tactics are tested and where the ones that fail are discovered without a client paying for the lesson.

Things We Will Not Do for Money

Every one of these has been asked for. The answer has been the same each time.

Guarantee rankings or AI citations. Nobody outside Google and the AI labs controls those systems. We commit to method and workload instead.
Buy links or reviews. Both work briefly and cost more than they earned when they unwind. We have watched it happen on sites we owned.
Call a rules-based workflow an AI agent. Gartner found that of the thousands of vendors claiming agentic AI, only around 130 could deliver it. We say which part is a model and which is a rule.
Hold your accounts hostage. Domain, hosting, code, ad accounts and analytics are registered in your name from day one. No handover fee, ever.

These are written into the agreement before any work begins, not discovered halfway through a project.

Questions About Working With Us

How long has RankDrive been operating?

Since 2012, from an office in Ahmedabad. The company began as a publishing operation and grew into client work, which is why the methods we sell were tested on our own properties before any client paid for them.

How big is the team?

Around fifty people. A core in-house team in Ahmedabad covering SEO, content, design, development and paid media, supported by a vetted specialist network for particular skills. You always know which of the two is working on your project.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. The office is in Ahmedabad and most clients are Indian, but projects run for clients abroad as well. Work happens remotely in your timezone, and the delivery process does not change based on where you are.

Who will I deal with day to day?

The person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages. For most projects that means direct contact with the specialist and access to the founder when a decision needs one.

What makes you different from other agencies?

We run our own websites and have since 2012. Most agencies learned search on client budgets. We learned it publishing properties where a wrong call cost us income rather than a retainer, and that is why our timelines and risk warnings tend to be less optimistic than the pitch you usually hear.
