Four Things Worth Knowing First

- Figures on this site are illustrations or cited research, not a forecast for your business.
- Advice here is general. Your situation may need a different answer.
- Third-party platforms change their rules without notice, and that affects results.
Where Responsibility Begins and Ends
- No guarantee of rankings or citations
- Search engines and AI systems are controlled by their operators and their behaviour changes without notice. We commit to method, workload and honest reporting. Any agency guaranteeing a position is describing something it cannot control.
- Illustrative figures
- Charts and examples on this site show how channels tend to behave. They are not client results and not a projection for you. Where a number comes from published research, the source is named next to it.
- Design samples are concepts
- Work shown under design samples was built in-house to demonstrate an approach to a category. It is not client work and is labelled as such wherever it appears.
- General information, not tailored advice
- Articles and service pages describe how things usually work. They cannot account for your market, budget or history. Nothing here should be treated as a recommendation for your specific situation without a conversation first.
- Third-party platforms
- Google, Meta, hosting providers and AI model providers set their own rules, pricing and availability. Changes on their side can affect results, costs or delivery timelines, and those changes are outside our control.
- Free tools
- The calculators on this site use published industry averages and run entirely in your browser. They give estimates for comparison, not predictions. Decisions worth money deserve a proper audit rather than a character counter.
- External links
- We link to sources and official documentation where it helps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability after we linked to them.
- Client-owned accounts
- Work happens inside accounts you own. Where a platform suspends, restricts or changes an account for reasons outside our work, we help resolve it but cannot accept responsibility for the platform decision itself.
- Limits of liability
- Our responsibility is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Full terms sit in your engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
- Governing law
- This site and our services are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the agreement takes precedence.
The Promises We Are Willing to Make
A disclaimer lists limits. These are the things that are not limited.
- You own everything
Domain, hosting, source code, ad accounts and analytics are registered in your name. If you leave, you take all of it with no handover fee.
- Honest reporting, including bad months
Where a number falls, the report says so and explains why. Selective reporting is how agencies keep retainers they have not earned.
- Written scope before work begins
What is included is agreed in writing. Anything outside is quoted and approved first, never billed as a surprise.

Ask before you sign anything
If any part of this is unclear, ask. A disclaimer nobody understood protects neither side, and we would rather answer the question now than argue about it later.
