Hire Developers From India
Add vetted engineers to your team on a monthly contract. You manage the work and own the code. We handle employment, replacement and the paperwork.
How Hiring Through Us Works
You manage the work. We handle employment, replacement and the awkward parts.
- Monthly contract, not per project
- A developer works to your priorities, in your tools, attending your standups, whether that is app work or backend. Scope changes weekly without a new quote.
- You interview before committing
- Nobody is assigned to you unseen. You interview, and you can decline without explanation.
- Replacement is our problem
- If someone leaves or is not right, replacing them is our cost and our timeline, not yours.
- No recruitment fee
- You are not paying a placement commission for somebody you then employ. This is an ongoing arrangement.
From Requirement to First Standup
One to three weeks depending on the skill. Common stacks are faster than rare ones.
Requirement
Stack, seniority, hours of overlap you need and what the first month has to deliver.
Shortlist
Two or three candidates with real work you can inspect, not a CV summary.
Interview
You run it your way, technical test included if you want one. We do not sit in unless you ask.
Onboard
Access, tooling and introductions handled in the first week, the same onboarding we use on our own team.
Review
Monthly check that the arrangement is working. Ending it takes thirty days notice and no argument.
What Protects You
- Thirty days notice, either side
No annual lock-in. If it stops working for you, it stops, and we do not make that difficult.
- Your IP from the first commit
Code written for you is yours. Assignment is in the contract before anybody starts.
- NDA signed before interviews
Yours rather than ours, signed before candidates hear anything about your business.
- Direct communication
You talk to the developer, not through an account manager relaying messages and losing detail.
When This Model Does Not Fit
Three cases where something else is better.
- You have a defined project with a clear end. A fixed scope build costs less than hiring for it.
- You need somebody in the room every day. Remote works well for most teams and not for all of them.
- You have nobody to manage the work. A developer without direction produces expensive nothing, and that failure is not theirs.
Where the requirement is really a product rather than a person, look at development services instead.
