What We Collect and Why
- Who we are

- Information you give us
- Name, phone number, email address, company name and whatever you write in a message. This arrives through WhatsApp, phone, email or a form on this site. We use it to answer your enquiry and to deliver work you have engaged us for.
- Information collected automatically
- Standard website analytics through Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Pages viewed, approximate location by country or city, device type and how you arrived. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
- Cookies
- This site uses cookies for analytics and, where caching is active, for performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, though some pages may load more slowly.
- Why we process it
- To reply to enquiries, to deliver services under a contract, to keep records required by Indian tax and company law, and to improve this website. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your enquiry to target you elsewhere.
- Who else sees it
- Only service providers we rely on to operate, such as hosting, email and analytics. Each is bound by its own agreement. We do not sell data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
- Client project data
- When we work on your website, ads or systems, we access accounts you own. That access is used only for the agreed work. Credentials are stored in a password manager, shared with the minimum number of people, and removed when the engagement ends.
- AI tools and your data
- Where an AI model is part of a service we build, we tell you before work starts which model processes what, and what is retained. If a task can run without sending your data to a third-party model, we build it that way by default.
- How long we keep things
- Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Analytics follows Google default retention. You can ask for earlier deletion at any point.
- Your rights
- Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, and withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally inside thirty days.
- Security
- Access is limited to people who need it. Credentials sit in a password manager rather than in messages or spreadsheets. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if anything affecting your data goes wrong.
- Children
- This site and our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
- Changes to this policy
- When this changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated directly rather than left for you to notice.
Data requests
Ask us to delete anything we hold
Email or message and say what you want removed. No form, no justification needed, and no attempt to talk you out of it.
We respond within thirty days, usually far sooner.
